China public holiday shipping update

With the Mid-Autumn Festival (25–27 September) and National Day holiday (1–7 October) approaching in China, orders shipping from our China fulfilment centre may take a little longer than usual.

While our fulfilment centre will continue operating with reduced staff, courier and customs services may also be running at limited capacity. This may result in longer processing, transit, and customs clearance times during the holiday period and for a short time afterwards as services return to normal.

We recommend allowing a little extra time for your order to arrive. Tracking updates may also take longer than usual during and shortly after these dates.

Our fulfillment centre in China typically dispatches within 1-2 business days. 

Occasionally, your order may be dispatched from a different fulfilment centre if it means we can get it to you sooner or if the item is currently in stock there. Either way, you'll receive your order as quickly as possible.
