Shipping location/warehouses
We'll always try to ship your order from the nearest available location. Orders placed on orbitkey.asia are fulfilled from our international fulfilment centre in China.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, with tracking information sent within 24-48 hours after dispatch.
- Occasionally, your order may be dispatched from another fulfilment centre if it means we can get it to you sooner or if the item is currently in stock there. Either way, you'll receive your order as quickly as possible.
- If your order includes a pre-order item, we'll ship everything together once all items are available to help reduce our carbon footprint.
- If your order includes monogramming, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for order processing. Learn more about our monogramming service here.
Shipping time
Depending on your location, our estimated shipping time can take up to 30 days.
Standard shipping within China is via SF Express.
Do you provide Express shipping?

How long does domestic shipping take?
Domestic standard shipping usually takes 3 -7 working days, depending on your location.
