Shipping location/warehouses
Orders placed on orbitkey.asia are fulfilled from our international fulfilment centre in China.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, with tracking information sent within 24-48 hours after dispatch.
- If your order includes a back-ordered item, your entire order may ship directly from our international fulfilment centre rather than our local fulfilment centre. This is to avoid the additional 4-5 week transfer between fulfilment centres and get your order to you sooner. Delivery typically takes 8–10 business days.
- If your order includes a pre-order item, we'll ship everything together once all items are available to help reduce our carbon footprint.
- If your order includes monogramming, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for order processing. Learn more about our monogramming service here.

Standard shipping within China is via SF Express.
Do you provide Express shipping?
