I haven't received my order. How do I check the status?Updated 9 months ago

Once your order has been shipped out, you'll receive an email with your tracking details (including a link) from your local shipping company. From there, you'll be able to track your shipment's whereabouts.

If your shipment is in transit (departure to the country of destination), please note that it may take a while before your next tracking update. 

If there are no movements after 2 weeks, please contact us so we can lodge an enquiry with the shipping company.
