China holiday shipping update: With the Mid-Autumn Festival (25–27 September) and National Day holiday (1–7 October) approaching in China, orders shipping from our China fulfilment centre may take a little longer than usual. While our fulfilment centre will continue operating with reduced staff, courier and customs services may also be running at limited capacity. Please allow a little extra time for processing, transit and tracking updates during and shortly after these dates.

With our fulfilment centre in China, free shipping is available in selected regions, depending on the specified order value threshold. 

China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam:

• Orders above US$50 / HK$390 / SG$60 qualify for free shipping.
• Orders below the threshold will incur a US$10 shipping fee. 
• Duties and Taxes included in the final price.

Rest of Asia:

• A flat shipping rate applies, shown at checkout. 
• Duties and Taxes included in the final price.

International taxes and duties

All orders to Indonesia are subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Duty rates may vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of, and where they are made. You will not be required to pay duties or import tax all the time, but please be aware of the duties that apply in your country, in case you are charged, to avoid surprises.
