How do I clean my Star Wars™ | Orbitkey Collection products?Updated a year ago

The Mandalorian™

Crazy Horse leather is made by applying wax to the buffed full-grain leather surface, which gives it a smooth, soft feel. 

The wax enhances the fibres of the leather and causes the leather to change its appearance depending on how it is being handled. Naturally, this type of leather will develop a character and patina a lot quicker than other types of leather.

Because of the large amount of wax on the surface of the leather, the appearance of the leather changes much easier than other leather when exposed to scratches/rubs. These small scratches could easily be removed by rubbing your fingers on the area where the scratches are visible.

Grogu™ and Obi-Wan Kenobi™

One of the characteristics of suede is that the leather is highly porous and will absorb all sorts of grime and substances. This is why we recommend waterproofing your Grogu™ and Obi-Wan Kenobi™ Key Organisers to help preserve the leather and reduce the chance of deep stains or discolouration.

Just like having a pair of light-coloured clothing, the light-coloured suede used for our Grogu™ Key Organiser requires a little more care in day-to-day use. If you'd like to clean your Grogu™ Key Organiser, this video is great in showing how to clean suede material:

Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a replacement as it’s considered general wear and tear.

Emperor Palpatine™

The wax protective coating makes Saffiano leather easy to clean. While some leather requires proper preparation, cleaning, and conditioning, Saffiano leather can usually be cleaned with a soft and damp cloth. Please avoid using normal household cleaning products on Saffiano leather.

Can I add the monogramming option to my Star Wars™ | Orbitkey Collection Key Organisers?

Unfortunately,  we're not offering monogramming to Star Wars™ | Orbitkey Collection Key Organisers. Currently, monogramming is only available for our Australia and New Zealand-based customers on our standard Classic, Crazy Horse, and Saffiano Leather range.
