Orbitkey accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If you change your mind about your purchase, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In resalable condition
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories
- If an item you're returning comes with a free gift, please return it too.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items, the 30-day return window begins from the date your order is delivered.
Please note:
- Personalised or monogrammed items cannot be returned.
- Items purchased from a third-party retailer must be returned to the retailer directly.
How do I return an Orbitkey product?
- Submit a return request
- Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- You will receive an RMA number and a return address. Please note the following:
- Original shipping costs are not refundable.
- Return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
- Please send your return using a courier that provides a tracking number.
- Once your item has been posted, please share the tracking number with us so we can help keep an eye on the return.
- Refunds or store credit will be processed as soon as your return is in transit back to our warehouse.
We are unable to refund foreign transaction or international processing fees associated with currency conversion on credit card transactions.
If you don't receive your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days after returning the item, please contact our team with your order number and the tracking number/proof of postage so we can look into it for you.
